Paul Seitz is an American composer and music educator. He taught music theory at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, University of Nevada, University of Texas, and at University of Missouri. His compositional oeuvre is dedicated to chamber and orchestra music. Notably, many of his works feature unconventional instrumentations for woodwinds and brass.
